Calgary police are investigating a single-vehicle motorcycle collision in the southwest community of Rosscarrock that left one man with life-altering injuries .
At approximately 8:50 p.m., on Saturday, Sept 19 a motorcycle operated by a man in his 20s was travelling westbound on Bow Trail S.W., between 33 Street S.W. and 37 Street S.W., when it veered off the road and struck a lamppost on the grass median.
The rider was taken to hospital with serious, life-altering injuries.
Speed is being investigated as a factor in this collision. Police are also looking into other causes for the accident.
